2. Application of these terms
When a customer confirms an order at this website he has to accept the terms and conditions described on this page.
3. Product information and photos
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
If there is any incorrect information on our website we will do our best to ensure it will be corrected as soon as possible. Mippoos is not liable for any direct – or indirect damage resulting from the usage of information on this site. In case you notice any inappropriate, incomplete, incorrect information on our website, you can inform the administrator of our site through our contact page. Mippoos is not responsible for publications by third parties.
Prices are in Euros, excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs. Mippoos has the right to change or correct prices at all time. Mippoos is not responsible for incorrect pricing, like typing errors or printing errors, and beholds the right to change prices after an order has been placed.
5. Shipping costs & shipment details
We ship to the address that the client provides during purchase of our items. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any loss of goods because of wrong shipping address will not be refunded.
For all our other items the shipping and handling costs will be added to your shopping basket.
Shipping & delivery time
We use standard shipping and can ship worldwide. Delivery time – for items on stock and ready to ship – in the Netherlands is 1-2 business days, within Europe 2-10 business days. International delivery outside of Europe varies between 1 to 6 weeks. Contact us if you would require priority shipment or when you need any other specific information.
Shipping time for international orders normally averages around 10 working days, but can run longer due to customs. We have no control over any post office, so we cannot guarantee timely delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order and place any order well in advance for any deadline.
After a customer has placed an order, he or she will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of its order. This confirmation will also specify whether a payment has been made or outstanding. Each customer is required to check the information on the order confirmation and has to inform Mippoos in case of any incompleteness or mistakes.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, but you have to contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) have to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. You must notify us of a return in writing, you can use our return notification form or contact us at email@example.com using your order number and specifying which items you would like to return.
Custom or personalized orders
Custom or personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
8. Complaints and Guarantee.
Complaints have to be made in writing within 7 days after delivery, delivered to Mippoos by registered mail. We will review each complaint and respond within 14 days. In case a complaint is valid, our compensation is limited to exchange of goods or to the limit of the paid order amount.
All intellectual property rights, such as copyrights at mippoos.com remain with Mippoos. Any use of mippoos.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Mippoos.
For all contracts (including orders)between Mippoos and her customers, where these terms and conditions apply, Dutch law applies in case of any conflicts.
